The apartment 2+KNT is located in a brick building at Jana Želivského 1801/22, Prague / Žižkov. It is a very quiet apartment on the second floor and with view of the quiet courtyard.

The apartment will be handed over to the tenant equipped according to the attached photos i.e. equipped with a kitchen unit (free-standing refrigerator, oven, four-burner stove and hood), then a sofa set, a coffee table, the bedroom has a wardrobe, a double bed; a washing machine is also part of the equipment. It is possible to move out the furniture after agreement. The windows of the apartment are newer wooden ones with insulating double-glazed windows, the entrance door to the apartment is a security one, heating is provided by gas heaters, and water is heated by a boiler.

200 m from the house is the Vrch Vítkov park (suitable for inline skates, etc.); Another popular place is Parukářka park or the beautiful Židovské pece park. There are TRAM stops 60 m from the house = 10 minutes by tram to Náměstí Republiky! Trams also offer other connections, e.g. to metro A Želivského or B Palmovka. From the Ohrada stop, there is a quick BUS connection to metro C Florenc.
